RETURNS POLICIES

  • Return Window: If, at any time, you are not satisfied with your purchase, please let us know. We will do everything in our power to make you happy, whether it require a refund or an exchange. We do not require that you contact us within a certain period of time. We do, however, ask that you maintain your high level of awesomeness.
  • Refunds: If you wish to receive your refund in some other way (a sackful of pennies, perhaps?), please contact Customer Service on 808 178 1590, or direct an email to ReturnsGenius@RoadID.com.
  • Return Shipping Costs: If you need to exchange an item, we ask that you pay for the return postage. We will save you from the arduous task of hand-scribing our postal address, however, with a handy return label at the link below. On the other hand, if you receive a defective item, a return is not warranted. Simply contact Customer Service on 808 178 1590, or CustomerService@RoadID.com, and we will take care of you.

RETURN LABEL (IF NEEDED)

If you have an item that must be returned, click the link below for a printable return form and label. Yes, you’ll need to add postage. But, we’ll save you the arduous task of hand-scribing the postal address. You can trust that we'll process your return or exchange with cheetah-like speed and dexterity.
